Loved our cachapas! We were there pretty late and they were still serving. Its a food truck so seating outside is warm and theres mosquitoes but thats part of the experience. They got nestea, papelon, lots of appetizers and other food options other than cachapas. Coming back to try more of their menu
Every time I make my way to Doral, my cravings towards Venezuelan food begin to spark up. Today I decided to treat myself to cachapa and what better place to get one from than Frank Cachapas! I arrived as soon as they opened around 7 pm and ordered the original styled cachapa -- I believe it's number 9 on the menu. For $10 I got a nice portion of a freshly made cachapa that was delicious and my favorite part of it was that it wasn't greasy at all -- the cheese was so good, queso de mano and it was super filling! I will say the nata that goes on top was too buttery for my taste, I like it when it's the creamy nata flavor. But overall, you can't go wrong with this food truck, it's definitely a Doral gem! They're open till 12 am so this is the perfect late night treat and the service was great! Everyone was sweet and helpful. Can't wait to make my way back next time im around the area.
